Hasty Awards will gladly match our competitor’s advertised price on the same item. Acceptable proof of competitor’s pricing is required (website, email, catalog, etc.).
Product Revision Policy
Hasty Awards understands that from time to time you may need to make revisions to your order. After your order is received it will be entered into our system and you will be emailed an order confirmation. Please call or email your Customer Service Specialist immediately if corrections or changes need to be made as orders will immediately enter into production. Due to our concern for our customer’s online privacy and security we cannot make any changes to online orders that will monetarily affect the order total. If a change and/or add-on is necessary, Hasty Awards will process a new sales order at an additional cost.
Hasty Awards guarantees customer satisfaction. Please open and inspect all of your awards upon receipt. Please contact Customer Service immediately if you have any issues. We will do our best to find a solution to insure the success of your event. If your product needs to be returned it may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. You must contact one of our Customer Service Specialists for a RMA (Return Merchandise Approval) at 800-448-7714 or firstname.lastname@example.org. A credit will be issued to the credit card used for purchase within (7) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Please note: We require a RMA number for all returns and the product must be returned within (10) business days of delivery date. Engraved medals, acrylics, crystal, glass, plaques, and custom items cannot be returned for credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Hasty Awards understands that the timely delivery of your awards is essential for a successful event; therefore shipping dates are based upon your event date. Shipping dates may vary due to product availability and production time. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping charges are based on weight of package and distance of destination from our facility.
